ak8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ak8 website located at ak8.lat and all associated services, products, promotions, and features offered through this platform (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by ak8 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise accessing any part of the ak8 platform, you ("the User", "you", or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with ak8 and you confirm that:

1. You are aged 21 years or older;
2. You are legally permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services;
3. You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety;
4. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk, and you accept that risk voluntarily.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ak8 platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Account"

The personal account registered by a User on the ak8 platform, used to access and use the Service.

"Balance"

The total value of funds held in a User's ak8 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account as part of an ak8 promotional offer, subject to separate Bonus Terms.

"Real Money Funds"

Funds deposited by a User via an approved payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or Dutch-Bangla Bank) that are distinct from Bonus Funds.

"Service"

All online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotional offers, and any other products or features accessible through the ak8 platform.

"Prohibited Person"

Any individual under the age of 21, or any individual accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.

To use the Service, you must register a personal Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

ak8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification valid in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Service.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an ak8 employee.
• Corporate accounts and accounts held in the name of a business entity are not permitted.

ak8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are set out in the Payment Information section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ak8 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking network outages, or banking system downtime.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the Account, and only to the same account holder name. ak8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for card-based payments.

ak8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Offers / Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the Real Money Balance.
• ak8 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• ak8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility for any promotion before crediting bonus funds.

ak8 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games offered on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Sports betting odds are set independently and reflect current market conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak8 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. Any winnings obtained by exploiting an error are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Any form of fraud, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in chargebacks after withdrawals have been processed.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with the technical operation of the Service.

ak8 employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) systems. Suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations. Users who engage in prohibited conduct waive all rights to funds held in their Account at the time of closure.

ak8 takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All services on the platform are strictly for players aged 21 and above.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users via the Account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming balance.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for 30, 90, or 180 days. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform;
• Frame or mirror the platform on any third-party website without our prior written consent;
• Use the ak8 brand name, logo, or trademarks without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

ak8 makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Technical issues arising from factors outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to mobile network outages, banking system downtime, or third-party payment processor failures — do not constitute a breach of these Terms by ak8.

ak8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including TLS/SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors solely to the extent necessary to complete financial transactions on your behalf.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ak8 is registered. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ak8's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as a preferred method of dispute resolution. ak8's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, and account management shall be final and binding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.

ak8 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice posted on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any revision to these Terms becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Service. Requests to close an Account should be directed to [email protected].
